Membershipn policy:
1. All member pass expires 90 days from the date of purchase.
2. All member pass are not shareable. One card = One member policy.
3. All expired member pass ( after 90 days since initiate use, but within 365 days ) can be used by paying additional $5/visit (+ swipe the expired pass ). This $5 must pay prior to re-activate the expired card at any location.
4. All expired member pass will no longer available in system after 365 days snce its initial use.
5. All member pass can be used within NYBC, LIBC, & BKBC. Manhattan Club is excluded.
6. All member pass are not refundable. Once initiate the usage, not refundable.
7. All members are required to sign the Waiver for release of Liability form annually. All non-member will be asked to sign each time they come.
8. All members must scan their cards upon arrival at the gym. Check in at front desk first. Text messge from club is the confirmation of payment. If front desk is not recognize your scan, you will be charged manually. Please notify the front desk if you did not receive text message or have an error.
9. Membership renewal must be done at your home club. Otherwise, activate another membership at your new home club.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. I purchased my membership at ONE of the clubs, can I use it at different location?
YES you can use it at any affiliated locations. The member's ID picture has to match the card holder presenting the card at a different club. No extra charge for using member pass at non-home clubs.
2. Can I renew my membership at different location?
Any renewal of membership will need to be done at the HOME club, however, you can open a new membership at any club.
3. I'm going out for work travel, can I freeze my account?
NO. Unfortunately, we do not freeze any membership expiration. You will have to pay $5/pass extension fee if the card expires. Any membership is a 3 months commitment for the club. Hence, we recommend to double check your calendar first before purchasing the membership pass.
3. I got Injured, can I extend my membership?
YES, but you must submit a copy of any document that supports medical emergency. An one month extension will be guaranteed upon providing documents.
4. I am moving out of town, can I get a refund?
NO, we do not offer any membership refund. Any membership is a 3 months commitment for the club. Hence, we recommend to double check your calendar first before signing up for our membership club pass.
