GROUP LESSONS IN FLUSHING

  • It is great for players looking to develope their fundamentals and advance skills from one technique to another in a steady pace. This training style benefits the complete beginner as well as players with varying skill sets. This course is designed to introduce children to the sport of badminton while fostering their interest and enjoyment of the game. Whether your child is new to badminton or returning after a break, this class is ideal for building fundamental skills and knowledge.

  • Students ranges broadly from 5 years old to college students. Students are grouped by level and age. There will be maximum 8 students/class with coach. Class size might be slightly smaller sometimes. Any package will be expired after 12 months from the first day of class.

CLASS LEVEL:

  • BEGINNER LEVEL: Basic foot works Serving & Receive technique Basic overhead, forehand, backhand techniques.

  • BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE LEVEL: Advanced foot works Front net control technique Advanced overhead, forehand, backhand techniques

  • INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED LEVEL: Comprehensive foot works with varies speed control. Overall offensive & defensive techniques. PSAL and Varsity team player, USAB regional & national tournament participant

CLASS STRUCTURE:

  • PHYSICAL CONDITIONING (30 minutes):
    The first section focuses on general fitness and conditioning. Students will engage in warm-up exercises, endurance training, strength-building activities, and flexibility drills to improve their overall athleticism and stability.

  • BADMINTOB SKILL DEVELPMENT (1 hour 30 minutes):
    In the second section, students will learn essential badminton techniques, including proper grip, stroke mechanics, racket contact points, and the basics of serving and returning. Emphasis is placed on developing good habits and understanding game strategies.

FEE:

( Each session is 2 hr. )

  • 1 session = $70

  • 10 sessions = $600

  • 20 sessions = $1100

  • 30 sessions = $1500

  • WEDNESDAY ( 5-7pm )

  • THURSDAY ( 5-7pm )

  • FRIDAY ( 5-7pm )

  • SATURDAY ( 12-2pm ) ( 2-4pm ) ( 4-6pm )

  • SUNDAY ( 2-4pm ) ( 4-6pm )

Any package you choose, the expiration date will be the 365th day from the 1st punch. normally, you will be able to finish all. In case of unexpected situation, make sure to inform management and have it freeze.

GROUP CLASS POLICY

  • Session Management

    Parents and students have full control to select or cancel preferred sessions through the Student Portal. The deadline to reserve a class spot is 9:00 PM the day before the session. Parents can pre-sign up the class up to 30 sessions at once.

  • Cancellations

    The deadline to cancel the class without charge is 9:00 PM the day before the session. Same-day cancellations will not be honored. For urgent or unexpected situations, please contact 646-271-3228 and provide prompt proof of the situation.

  • Walk-in Students

    Students arriving for class without prior sign-up through the Student Portal are not guaranteed a spot. Admission will depend on session availability.

  • Package Validity

    All group training packages (from 10 to 30 sessions) are valid for 365 days from the first day of class. Any unused sessions will expire on the 366th day. Purchasing a new package will reset the validity period.

  • Sharing & Transfer Policy

    Group training packages may only be shared among family members. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable to non-family members.

  • Refunds

    Refund requests will be considered only for verified medical issues or relocation at least 25 miles from NYBC. Proof of the situation may be required. Classes already attended will be charged at $70 per class, plus a $40 admission fee per student.
