MULTI-PASS POLICY
Expiration:
All Multi-Passes expire 90 days from the date of purchase or refill.
Non-transferable:
Multi-Passes are not shareable. One card = One member.
If a pass is lent to others, NYBC reserves the right to revoke the card’s active status. A penalty will be charged.
Using Expired Multi-Passes (within 365 days):
For passes that have expired after 90 days but are still within 365 days from purchase:
a. Pay $5 per visit at the front desk.
b. Staff will re-activate a day pass.
c. Swipe the card at check-in.
Passes Expired After 365 Days:
Any Multi-Pass will no longer be available in the system after 365 days from its initial use.
Valid Locations:
Multi-Passes can be used at NYBC, LIBC, and BKBC with no additional fee.
Manhattan Club is excluded.
No Refunds:
All Multi-Passes are non-refundable. Once usage has begun, no refunds will be issued.
Annual Waiver:
All players are required to sign the Waiver for Release of Liability form annually.
Check-In Requirements:
Multi-Pass holders must scan their cards upon arrival and check in at the front desk.
The text message from the club serves as confirmation of payment.
If the front desk does not recognize your scan, you will be charged manually. Manual check-ins do not generate SMS messages.
Please inform the front desk if you did not receive a text message or if you experience an error.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. I purchased my Multi-pass at ONE of the clubs, can I use it at different location?
YES you can use it at any affiliated locations. The Multi-pass holder's ID picture has to match the card holder presenting the card at a different club. No extra charge for using Multi-pass at non-home clubs.
2. Can I renew my Multi-pass at different location?
Any renewal of Multi-pass will need to be done at the HOME club, however, you can open a new Multi-pass at any club.
3. I'm going out for work travel, can I freeze my account?
NO. Unfortunately, we do not freeze any Multi-pass expiration. You will have to pay $5/pass extension fee if the card expires. Any Multi-pass is a 3 months commitment for the club. Hence, we recommend to double check your calendar first before purchasing the Multi-pass.
3. I got Injured, can I extend my Multi-pass?
YES, but you must submit a copy of any document that supports medical emergency. An one month extension will be guaranteed upon providing documents.
4. I am moving out of town, can I get a refund?
NO, we do not offer any Multi-pass refund. Any Multi-pass is a 3 months commitment for the club. Hence, we recommend to double check your calendar first before signing up for our Multi-pass.
