Everyone utilizes our facility is mandate to sign the waiver and the release of liablity.

Members: you are required to sign the waiver as requested when join us as member. The one who did not sign the waiver will not be allowed to use the facility till waiver is signed. Signed waiver is active for 12 month. Your waiver will be associated with your membership at all our locations.

Non-Members, you are required to sign the waiver. Because you are not yet our member, you have no record with us, therefore, you are required to have a photo taken in the online waiver sign system. Once you sign the waiver, you will be given a card indicating that you no longer need to sign the waiver again as nonmember.
